Varnish in Shared Hosting
Varnish comes as an optional upgrade with each Linux shared package and if you want to use it, you can add it to your shared account via the Upgrades section in your Hepsia hosting Control Panel. There are two separate things that can be upgraded – the instances and the memory. The first one refers to the number of the Internet sites that you would like to employ Varnish for, whereas the second, which is offered in increments of 32 megabytes, shows the maximum amount of data that the data caching platform can cache at any particular time. Hepsia’s user-friendly interface will enable you to remove or to restart any instance, to view exhaustive logs or to get rid of the platform’s cache with just a click. For optimum results, you can employ a dedicated IP for the sites that will use the caching platform. With Varnish, your website will open significantly faster, which means more satisfied site users and potential clients.
Varnish in Semi-dedicated Hosting
All our Linux semi-dedicated packages include Varnish by default, so you can take full advantage of the web app accelerator tool and optimize the load speed of any site that you host on our semi-dedicated servers. You will get 64 MB of memory exclusively for Varnish at no additional fee and you’ll be able to activate an instance with no more than a few clicks via the Hepsia Control Panel, which comes with the semi-dedicated packages. If you need more memory, the latter is available in increments of 32 megabytes in the Upgrades section of the Control Panel and it will be at your disposal right away. You can also add more instances as an upgrade, so you can choose if plenty of content will be cached for one website or if the memory will be used by multiple websites. The Hepsia Control Panel will enable you to restart or to cancel any instance, to check the system log for it or to clear the cached content using one-click controls. To get the most out of the Varnish accelerator, you can set a dedicated IP address for the websites which will use it.
